Sandi has over 25 years operational expertise in public safety, homeland security, and emergency management. She has distinguished operational service in law enforcement as a veteran Police Officer (retired) as well as in the military and defense sectors. She has held positions in the San Diego Police Department, SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific and is a distinguished U.S. Army Military Police veteran with numerous awards and citations. While at the San Diego Police Department, Sandi received Honoree in the “Computerworld Mobile & Wireless World” Best Practices in Mobile & Wireless Awards Program in 2007 and a Computerworld Honors Program Laureate medal in 2008 for her case study on enterprise-wide wireless/mobility infrastructure, policy, program and applications. She has also co-authored numerous DoD publications
